The central hypothesis is that these women experience significant and unique barriers that compromise the full enjoyment of their sexual and reproductive rights, resulting from the intersection of sexism and ableism. To address this issue, the study is divided into four sections. The first section introduces key concepts to demonstrate the choices made by women with disabilities. The second section examines the debate between the medical and social models of disability, presenting feminist disability studies and their implications for the sexual citizenship of women with disabilities. The third section explores the multiple violations faced by women with disabilities, highlighting the concept of sexual citizenship and the need to rethink sexuality from the perspective of different disabilities. In the fourth section, Nancy Fraser's tridimensional theory, which articulates the dimensions of redistribution, recognition, and representation as essential pillars for social justice, is applied as a response to the proposed problem. The methodology adopted includes bibliographic, documentary, and exploratory research, with a focus on the critical analysis of theoretical and normative sources on sexual rights, feminism, disability, and justice. The conclusions indicate that women with disabilities face multiple forms of exclusion and rights violations, exacerbated by physical, attitudinal, and sexual barriers. The thesis proposes a restructuring of public policies and social practices, aiming to create an environment that enables women with disabilities to fully exercise their sexual citizenship.ptAcesso AbertoMulheres com deficiênciaCidadania sexualSexualidadeInclusãoReconhecimentoWomen with disabilitiesSexual citizenshipSexualityInclusionRecognitionGênero e deficiência: os desafios à cidadania sexual de mulheres com deficiênciaTeseCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::DIREITOESTUDOS CRÍTICOS DO DIREITODIREITOS HUMANOS
