In this research, we focused on the types of interventions and psychotherapeutic strategies aimed at serving Black individuals within the analytical-behavioral clinic. The study included an analysis of six texts that presented technical interventions and proposed strategies for serving the Black population. For the analysis of the gathered data, we highlighted three major categories to be discussed: the effects of cultural trauma on the Black population, the impact of racism on psychotherapeutic treatment, and the strategies and interventions in serving Black individuals. This work emphasizes the importance of therapists understanding racial issues concerning the Black population they aim to serve and actively engaging in racial discussions.
