In the state of Pará, cooperative efforts among municipalities hold significant potential to enhance service delivery. Interfederative public consortia, institutional arrangements designed to accelerate regional development, are still underutilized in the northern region. This research aimed to analyze the governance of shared procurement, assess its compatibility with intermunicipal public consortia, and conduct assessments relevant to municipal decision-making. Employing an exploratory research methodology, it was conducted a bibliografy and documental review, with qualiquantitative approaches, bringing data from specialized portals.
