Acesso em:.https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/18354This study analyzes the implementation of the Eco Redes Amazônica Platform in the teaching of Environmental Sciences in secondary education in the state of Pará, highlighting challenges related to the scarcity of contextualized teaching resources and the need to integrate Digital Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) into a scientific literacy approach aligned with the socio-environmental specificities of the Amazon. Given this scenario, this action-research addressed the following question: how does mediation through an interactive and regionalized digital platform contribute to the Environmental Sciences Teaching process and youth protagonism? The study aimed to analyze the mediating potential of the "ECO Redes Amazon Platform", understanding it as a digital ecosystem focused on strengthening ecological awareness and interdisciplinary pedagogical support. Specifically, it sought to diagnose technological barriers in everyday school life, ground mediation through DICT, and evaluate the application of the platform as a tool for socializing sustainable practices. The theoretical foundation was qualitative, with bibliographic and documentary research, in addition to actionresearch with a mixed approach involving teachers and students from the Escola Salesiana do Trabalho, in Belém-PA. The results demonstrated that the integration of practical projects such as thermal insulation with acai seed plates into digital mediation amplified student engagement and the perception of technological sovereignty.
