The text is based on exploratory field research, known as Survey type, with “in situ” observations, non-directive interviews and photographic records. In conclusion, the reality of the local riverside families is characterized by the multiplicity of laboral activities and the typical rationality of familiar base production and reproduction processes. Certainly, this socioeconomic dynamic is reproduced in other riverine territories in the Amazon.
