Improving the accuracy of any assessment makes your result more assertive by directing initiatives correctly. You cannot manage what is not being used, and its measurement must be accurate so that the actions can be aligned with the real need, thus obtaining better results. This work seeks to improve the result of the analysis proposed by Darcy Prado [Prado 2000], where he conducts a questionnaire to score the level of maturity in project management of the organization. In view of the result of the questionnaire presented by the MMGP model, fuzzy inference is applied and the results are presented objectively, proving the best accuracy of the results.
