This is due to advances in wireless communication technologies. Managing the quality of service is essential to address the needs of issues related to vertical handover issues where mobile devices need a seamless migration. Hence, the challenges of obtaining a good quality of experience for network users. This work presents an evaluation of the quality and performance of a mobile device with dual-interface, using the Fuzzy system, to provide the best conditions for simultaneous connections. In order to help in the best choice of heterogeneous networks available. The Network Simulator and evalvid were the validation tools used to analyze and obtain the results. The results obtained were satisfactory. Due to the dual-interface mobile device with the application of the Fuzzy system, it was able to choose the best available networks and obtain twice the performance in using the flow compared to traditional mobile devices (by simultaneously using the two interfaces of different technologies) .
