Acesso em:.https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/17841This research has as its object the Connected Education Innovation Program (PIEC), whose main goal is to support the universalization of access to high-speed internet and stimulate the pedagogical use of digital technologies in Basic Education in the country. The Program was instituted by Decree 9,204 of November 2017, and transformed into Public Policies with LAW No. 14,180, OF JULY 1, 2021. The program proposes the creation of an innovative education that develops democracy to internet access for the population, especially low-income people. In view of the proposal to universalize access to the internet, national guidelines are prepared for States, Municipalities and the Federal District to create actions for innovation and use of technologies in public schools. In this sense, I ask the question: What actions have been developed by the Municipal Department of Education of Moju-PA in relation to the establishment and elaboration of technological environments in educational units? In order to analyze the Connected Education Innovation Program and investigate its Implementation and Implementation in the Municipality of Moju. In view of this question, I propose as a general objective to analyze the Connected Education Innovation Program in the Municipality of Moju Pa, in this way to check its organization and functioning. To achieve the general objective, I develop the specific ones, which are: Describe the Connected Education Innovation Program; Characterize the actions of the municipal education department on the PIEC. The research has as its locus the Department of Education of the Municipality. Thus, the investigation is based on the Case Study Methodology, in the light of several authors. A bibliographic, documentary, decree and law survey was carried out, which support this work. And as a technique for data collection, I will use the Interview with: the Director of Education, Secretary of Education and the Municipal Articulator of the Connected Innovation Policy. From the analysis of the data together with the social actors of the research who contributed with their information, I was able to confirm that the municipality is not receiving the PIEC resource in its entirety, due to the schools not having their school councils active together with the PDDE.
