Acesso em:.https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/17850The research delves into Culture and Identity in a traditional indigenous community in the interior of the Amazon and aims to reflect on the process of reconfiguring Culture and Identity in the context of interculturality and Modernity in the Mapurupy Indigenous Community – Anambé/PA. The methodological approach is qualitative, basic, and exploratory in nature concerning the achievement of objectives, based on participant observation and ethnographic recording of the Celebration of Indigenous Peoples' Day in the Community in 2023 and 2024, the locus of the research, as well as the application of semi structured interviews with seven (7) indigenous leaders.
