The study investigates how the displacements of quilombola communities, motivated by economic pressures, territorial conflicts and socio-environmental transformations, are linked to practices of cultural resistance and identity reconstruction. Based on an ethnographic case study, based on interviews, participant observation and analysis of oral narratives, the study analyzes how the migration process is reinterpreted by quilombola individuals, who recreate symbolic and community territories in new spaces. The concept of quilombismo is mobilized not only as a historical heritage, but as This a living practice of collective organization, ancestral memory and confrontation of marginalization dynamics. The research reveals that, even in contexts of displacement, quilombolas reaffirm their cosmologies, solidarity networks and their own ways of living and inhabiting, contributing to a broader understanding of black territoriality in contemporary Amazonia.
