Thus, the main objective of the research is to analyze the changes in management and land management practices in Vitória do Xingu from the implementation of the Belo Monte Hydroelectric Power Plant (UHBM), as land use planning is understood as an instrument of articulation. interinstitutional and cross-sectoral articulation, which aims at integrated planning and articulated with public action, consequently, given the compatibility of public policies, in the rebound of space, integrated into the action of public power. Therefore, it is incumbent to establish a diagnosis of the territory, gauging the demands, so that it will compose the scope of the article, articulated with the public policies, in which it will allow to analyze the rebounding of the territorial planning and management that aims to accomplish the strategic objectives imposed by the government.
