Thus, for the feasibility of the research, the hypothetical-deductive method was used, with a qualitative approach, with a descriptive objective, using bibliographical, documentary and jurisprudential research as technical procedures to understand how the Brazilian scenario presents itself from the perspective dialogue required by the currents of legal pluralism and multilevel protection. Thus, the problem that guides this research is: how does legal pluralism enable the construction of multilevel protection of human rights in Brazil? In this way, the research is based on the hypothesis that relationships between legal systems are built in a shared and joint manner, where the systems complement and integrate each other to fulfill their constitutional functions and their obligations with ratified international human rights treaties. for Brazil. In this plan, given that the primary characteristic of multilevel protection of human rights is the dialogical and integrative aspect between legal orders, legal pluralism manifests itself as a constructive element for multilevel protection in the Brazilian context. With this, the general objective is to analyze how legal pluralism enables the strengthening of multilevel protection in the Brazilian context of human rights protection, while the specific ones are (i) Explain how legal pluralism develops in the Latin American context, especially in Brazil . (ii) Present the concept of Multilevel Protection of Human Rights based on its interaction of possible jurisdictional levels for Brazil and (iii) Verify how legal pluralism can guarantee multilevel protection of human rights in the Brazilian context from the jurisdictional dialogicity and integration. In this sense, the research demonstrated that legal pluralism is necessary for cooperation between normative orders, but that the multilevel perspective still faces challenges in the face of the state-centric performance of the Brazilian legal systemAcesso AbertoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Pluralismo jurídicoProteção multinível de direitos humanosDiálogos jurisdicionaisLegal pluralismMultilevel protection of human rightsJurisdictional dialoguesO pluralismo jurídico e a construção da proteção multinível de direitos humanos no BrasilDissertaçãoCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::DIREITOCONSTITUCIONALISMO, POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS E DIREITOS HUMANOSDIREITOS HUMANOS
