It seeks to reflect on the musical sensitivity and the devices and devices for the production of temporality in the urban culture of that city. We relate ethnography and phenomenology in an attempt to understand cultural phenomena related to this sensitivity, identifying its nostalgic components through an analytical category: the semiotical blues.
