It analyzes the interrelation between the public policies listed in the speech of sustainable development and the urban development of the city along the management of two governmental mandate in state level by Partido Socialista Brasileiro with a the proposal of development listed in Agenda 21. Is a analyze the speech of sustainable development and its application as a government program, in order to understand its effort in applying in the city the directives of development established in state scope.
