Acesso em:.https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/17823The research seeks to contribute to the rights of children and people with disabilities. Through an intersectional and regional interpretation of the research problem, we intend to determine whether public policies in the State of Pará promote the right to early diagnosis of ASD in children. Initially, the aim is to contribute to the decolonization of the rights of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with the aim of resisting the legal and social parameters that disable these actors as subjects of rights. Next, an analysis of the state of the art of ASD is carried out through the dialogue of sources with other areas of concentration and, based on early diagnosis as a right inserted in the health axis, the legislation that promotes it is analyzed, aiming to understand how its ineffectiveness compromises, socially and legally, the subject in the long term. Finally, the hypotheses developed in the previous sections are tested through the collection and analysis of data on the quantity of public policies promoted after the publication of the State Policy on the rights of people with ASD, with the central analysis being the right to early diagnosis of ASD. ASD in children. To answer the problem, the deductive method is used, carrying out exploratory and bibliographical research through a systematic survey of the main works and documents, national, international and regional, that address children's rights and the rights of people with disabilities. As for the type of research, empirical research on the internet is adopted which, through regional reality, investigates the quantity of public policies that encourage the right to early diagnosis, although inconclusive, as inherent to child development and the foundation for achieving their potential and abilities on equal terms.Acesso AbertoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/CriançasDireito ao diagnóstico precoceInterseccionalidadePolíticas públicasTranstorno do espectro autistaChildrenRight to early diagnosisIntersectionalityPublic policyAutism spectrum disorderO direito ao diagnóstico precoce do transtorno do espectro autista em crianças: o lugar dos grupos vulnerabilizados nas políticas públicas no estado do ParáDissertaçãoCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::DIREITOESTUDOS CRÍTICOS DO DIREITODIREITOS HUMANOS
