It is essentially a qualitative study of the social type or explanatory, whose interest is to reveal the nature, the elements and the factors that determine and / or favor the occurrence of a particular phenomenon (GIL, 2008; MINAYO, 1999). From central categories of historical and dialectical materialism as: history, contradiction and full (KOSIK, 2011), we seek to understand the implications and contradictions of the national plan for teacher training of basic education (PARFOR), against the interests of capital and teacher training class in the speech of the graduates of the course themselves. The corpus is composed of documents and testimonials from graduates, generated from semi-structured interviews, targeting the first LETTERS class (major in Portuguese language), formed by the program in the municipality of Cametá- PA. The procedure of interpretation and organization of data has been adapted to more contemporary lines of the content analysis (FRANCO, 2012; BARDIN, 1977).
