This paper aims to analyze the legal production on health issues from 2004 to 2010 in the states of Amapá, Minas Gerais and Pará, with the objective of identifying the contribution of the states Executive and Legislative powers to enforce citizens' rights. Therefore, we will make an exploratory approach to data researched in the Legislative Assemblies, specifically the Ordinary Law Projects (OLP), in order to identify the proposals that were processed in the Legislative Assemblies of the states, their rites and processing times. We found that in the analyzed states there is an internal dynamic between the Executive and Legislative powers directed towards legislative production in health issues.Acesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Executivo-LegislativoProdução legislativaDescentralizaçãoSaúdeExecutive-LegislativeLegislative productionDecentralizationHealthProdução legislativa em saúde nos estados de Amapá, Minas Gerais e Pará (2004-2010)Legislative production about health in the states of Amapá, Minas Gerais and Pará (2004-2010)Producción legislativa en salud en los estados de Amapá, Minas Gerais y Pará (2004-2010)Artigo de Periódico10.51206/e-legis.v14i35.663
