Acesso em:.https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/18144The objective of the present research is to profile cases of sexual violence against children and adolescents in the State of Pará, based on the analysis of data from Fundação ParáPaz – Núcleo Santa Casa de Misericórdia. We adopt the perspective that violence is not merely an individual transgression, but manifests in symbolic, structural, silent, and naturalized forms, permeating social relationships, institutions, and discourses that legitimize patriarchy, conservatism, androcentrism, and adultocentrism—factors that influence the reproduction and persistence of sexual violence against minors. The method employed was a documental study, through which monthly statistical reports of cases of sexual violence against children and adolescents seen at ParáPaz – Núcleo Santa Casa de Misericórdia in 2024 were examined. Five categories were analyzed: gender and age of the victim; gender and age of the perpetrator; the relationship between victim and perpetrator; the referring agencies; and the harms experienced by victims. Results indicated that girls aged 12 to 14 are the most affected, suffering heightened vulnerability, medical complications in their genitalia, and pregnancy. Furthermore, perpetrators are predominantly male, peaking in the 18–19 age range, and are often family members or acquaintances of the victim. It was also found that most cases at ParáPaz – Santa Casa de Misericórdia are referred by police stations and judicial courts. Accordingly, the study recommends the creation of gender-responsive policies—such as a program aimed at shifting entrenched views of femininity and masculinity—the interiorization and standardization of the Integral Protection Program, the development of a Unified Information System to monitor each victim’s journey in real time (thereby preventing under-reporting and duplicate records), ongoing professional training for those who work with VSCCA victims, and the implementation of community-based preventive actions, mobilizing schools, health centers, and social assistance agencies to carry out awareness campaigns on sexual violence against children and adolescents.Acesso AbertoViolência sexualCriançasAdolescentesSexual violenceChildrenAdolescentsViolência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes: análise de dados da Fundação Parápaz - Núcleo Santa Casa de Misericórdia do ParáDissertaçãoCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::DIREITOESTUDOS CRÍTICOS DO DIREITODIREITOS HUMANOS
