The concept of territory becomes the great organizer of the network of attention to public educational policies and guides the actions of all its indicators as a fundamental axis for the construction of the mode of attention to education. The central question: How does riverside education reveal itself in relation to the Modular Education Organization System - High School stage in the territory of the waters of the Urubuéua River? Having the general objective: To analyze how riverside education reveals itself in the relationship with SOME-Ensino Médio, in the territory of the waters of the Urubuéua River. It was necessary to adopt a qualitative approach, bringing Mynayo, Chizzotti, Marli André and other renowned researchers as references, as they stated that research needs to deepen analyzes and make new discoveries in favor of human life as they are understood as research of a human and social nature, as it is from capturing this understanding that the researcher will be able to determine the means to build it. In this way, methodological rigor is not measured by indicating the type of research, but by a clear and detailed description of the path taken and the decisions made by the researcher when conducting his study.
