It was developed in the area of education and technology and contextualized by the coastal zone of Pará, municipality of Salinópolis, belonging to the Mesoregion of the Northeast of Pará, Microregion of Salgado. The proposal is subsidized by the use of mobile technology in formal spaces of education, its insertion in the field of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC's) is based on knowable actions of investigation and interpretation of environmental problems related to these spaces, such as buildings in beach and post-beach environments, traffic of automotive vehicles, disposal of solid waste, discharge of household liquid effluents to the beach and containment barriers to hydrodynamic processes. The educational product is designed for students in the 8th and 9th years of elementary school II in schools in the municipality of Salinópolis. The objective of the research was to develop an educational technology that integrates environmental degradation processes on the island of Atalaia with school disciplines through contextualization and problematization of teaching. The methodology was developed from two data collection procedures, fieldwork and opinion polls, the first related to In Loco investigation based on analysis of phenomena, the second procedure was conditioned to the accomplishment of pedagogical improvements to the prototype, according to measures of opinion and attitudes presented to a sample of thirteen teachers, which enabled data collection and, consequently, the construction of the final version of Ecopr@ia on the MIT App Inventor application platform.
