We sought to analyze the construction of the Occupational Health Policies in the country, focusing on the formulation of National Policy of Security and Occupational Health (2004), based on Michel Foucault’s method, focused on documentary analysis. In this process, we can observe the conflict between work as a risk and work as production of subjectivity, which leads to the construction of notions of health-control and health-integrality.
