The creation of contents for the learning through web is an activity that has demanded human resources specialized in technologies and concepts, so that the contents created are not restricted the tools, platforms and formats of presentation. This work presents the development of a content authoring tool prototype for learning through web, in which the created contents are independents of the authoring tool, platform and presentation formats that are used.
