Acesso em:.https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/18215This research addresses the theme of Human Rights and depoliticization, based on the following inquiry “how is it possible to recover the political dimension of the human rights discourse contained in the declarations of rights that inaugurate modernity?”. To answer this question, a diagnosis of depoliticization will be made in the context of the declarations of rights proclaimed in the revolutionary bourgeois ideology and inspired by the Enlightenment philosophy, then, it will be demonstrated how the depoliticization implies in the dissolution of judicial conflicts in merely legal conflicts, where the political dimension of the fight for rights is almost completely erased and, finally, it will be proposed a way of re-reading human rights discourses to include the active participation of the community in the political affirmation of these rights, as a condition for their realization and emancipation of social groups excluded by the traditional universalist logic, especially using Judith Butler's arguments on the notion of performativity and bodies in alliance.Acesso AbertoAttribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/4.0/Direitos humanosDespolitizaçãoPerformatividadePolíticaHuman rightsDepoliticizationPerformativityPoliticsDireitos humanos e despolitizaçãoDissertaçãoCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::DIREITOESTUDOS CRÍTICOS DO DIREITODIREITOS HUMANOS
