To meet this goal, the thesis was composed of six studies: the first three studies looked at the state of the art, the first aimed to map the general characteristics of scientific production; the second examined the types of cognitive assessment tools, targeted to AASCAs and the third study identified and discussed the results of the study that used cognitive distortion assessment tools (DC); the fourth study identified the biopsychosocial characteristics prevalent in this population from extracted from documentary sources data (case of legal proceedings of AASCA); The fifth study looked at the most general DCs and those related to the victims from the perception of AASCA accessed through interviews; the sixth and last was a multiple case study, which sought to analyze the risk and protective factors in the trajectory of life AASCAs. The main results allowed achieve the thesis goals, identifying the scientific production in the area is to focus studies with victims, concentrated in the English language, published mainly in magazines, and with participants a predominantly male prison population, with a track broad age. The results also signaled that scientific production is concentrated in quantitative research, descriptive, which has a growing production in the twenty-first century and is concentrated in North America, reporting the use of 92 instruments in total, 20 (21.7%) identified as no standardization and 72 (78.3%) instruments with standardization. Note that 24 (33.3%) were psychological character, evaluating aspects of personality, emotion, anxiety, attachment style, and five (6.9%) examined physiological aspects, like the falométricos tests; 30 (41.7%) investigated behavioral data and, finally, 13 (18.1%) ascertained cognitive factors such as intelligence, empathy and cognitive distortion. Comparatively, they were found less cognitive assessment instruments AASCAs the instruments of psychological and behavioral research. Among the cognitive assessment tools they identified nine research tools that focused DCs, with expressive diversity. In the analysis of quantitative data it signaled that the AASCA were males, ethnic / black color, older than 30 years, Catholics, and sexual assault perpetrated against predominantly female victims of ethnic / black. It was also found a variety of associated biopsychosocial characteristics that have shaped different AASCAs profiles: with crimes and without previous crimes; with and without severity and severity of sexual assault; Hands off with (sexual assault "minus" severe as exhibitionism and verbal abuse) or Hands on (sexual assault with use of force and / or other severe coercion); below 30 years and above 30 years; with victim defined as girl or boy; with victim child or adolescent. In another statistical analysis identified three clusters with similar characteristics among members constituting the other and that distinguish the groups together. The logistic regression data revealed a significant association between the variable above 30 years with other variables has children, color / ethnicity, housing context, the attack site. Logistic regression identified the odds ratio for an individual, above 30 years, associated with the variables has children, color / ethnicity, housing context, aggression site, come to have a high probability to commit sexual assault. Table 15 shows the model that best fit this purpose. The result of the fifth study identified the main DCs in AASCA as complete denial, minimization of consequences, partial denial, denial of planning and its relationship with the MBDH. The sixth study identified the main risk factors common among the five case studies analyzed from MBDH as cognitive distortion, inconsistent parenting practice, the absence of the school system, history of physical abuse, child labor, informal work, identified in the course of life of AASCAs. The six studies together showed that the AASCAs present heterogeneous characteristics and these are incorporated in the trajectory of life of these individuals.Acesso AbertoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Agressão sexualSex offenderCriançaAdolescenteChildAdolescentAutores de agressão sexual de crianças e adolescentes: características biopsicossociais e trajetórias de vidaSex Offender of Children and Adolescents: Biopsychosocial Characteristics and Trajectories of LifeTeseCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::PSICOLOGIAECOLOGIA DO DESENVOLVIMENTO HUMANOECOETOLOGIA
