The approach adopted sought to present data to enable reflection on the bahavior of Brazilian political parties to present themselves for election. This paper considers the hypothesis that the formation of coalitions in Brazil does not show a pattern of national ideology, they are constituted differently in different Brazilian regions, aiming to maximize their electoral gains.
