They were transcribed by diplomatically Bueno ((1941 p.48-52), the " Collecção de Inéditos portuguêzes dos séculos XIV e XV", pub. Friar F. S. Soaventura, t. p.249- I 253. Thus, we see the formation of the article in question be within the period of archaic Portuguese. Accordingly, we find, by means of occurring items, the process of formation of these articles by the passage from Latin into archaic Portuguese applying the theoretical basis of Portuguese Philology, mainly.
