Acesso em:.https://repositorio.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/2011/17671The adoption of remote work has enabled companies and employees to adapt to the demands of social distancing, while also bringing benefits such as saving time, reducing commuting costs and improving quality of life. However, this transition has also posed significant challenges, such as difficulties in communication, collaboration between teams and maintaining employee well-being. This master’s thesis investigates the benefits and challenges in the post-pandemic period of Covid-19 through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and an empirical study in the Information Technology (IT) sector in the state of Pará. The SLR analyzed 13 studies from four databases, indicating increased productivity and challenges such as balancing professional and personal life. The empirical study, conducted with managers and employees, revealed that flexibility and time savings were the main benefits, while social isolation and adaptation to new management approaches were the most cited challenges. The findings provide insights for future research on hybrid work models and organizational policies in the IT sector.Acesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Trabalho remotoTecnologia da informaçãoTrabalho remoto no pós-pandemia: benefícios e desafios no setor de TI do estado do ParáDissertaçãoCNPQ::CIENCIAS EXATAS E DA TERRA::CIENCIA DA COMPUTACAO::METODOLOGIA E TECNICAS DA COMPUTACAO::ENGENHARIA DE SOFTWAREDESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMASCOMPUTAÇÃO APLICADA
