Acesso em:.https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/18745The objective of this research was to develop an educational process (EP) focused on the education of German as a Foreign Language (FL) teachers, aiming the rupture of learning and teaching barriers concerning inclusion and support for students with different profiles and learning needs. The study was guided by the following research question: “How can the teaching and learning of the German Language (GL), in the context of Higher Education, become more flexible and inclusive?”. The theoretical framework was grounded on the concepts of accessibility and universal design, as determined in the Brazilian Inclusion Law (LBI), Lei 13.146/2015 (Brasil, 2015); on the Access to Brazilian higher education institutions for students with special needs, based on the Higher Education Census (Inep, 2023/2024); on the Principles of Universal Design for Learning, UDL (CAST, 2024), and on the Contribuitions of Neurosciences to UDL (Amaral; Guerra, 2020). The research is applied in nature with a qualitative approach, and consisted of five stages: Description of the research context; Understanding the nature of the research; Structure of the theoretical foundation; Definition of the audience and the intervention proposal; and Development of the initial proposal for the pedagogical concept: ID matrix. The EP, entitled “Fortbil-DUA: curso online para docentes de Língua Alemã – uma proposta à luz do Desenho Universal para a Aprendizagem (DUA)” (Fortbil-DUA: online course for teachers of German – a proposal in light of the Universal Design for Learning [UDL]), is available on Nitae²/UFPA’s virtual learning environment Moodle. Its content is organized in three modules, as follows: Introduction to UDL; Principles of UDL; The “what”, the “how” and the “why” of learning; and UDL in the German classroom. Each module consisted of a main introductory section and the following subsections: Presentation, Materials, Practicing UDL, Discussion forum, and Learn more, as well as a section called “Question and answer forum” for each module. The course has a flexible course load, ranging from 32 to 60 hours, depending on the level of content depth the student desires to accomplish. The evaluation of the educational process was based on the implementation of an expert panel expert panel and the results indicated the pertinence of the course for the education of German language teachers, representing a viable proposal as it addresses a relevant matter that has been increasingly prevalent in educational contexts: the diversity of learner profiles, and the flexibility of teaching and learning, contributing for the formative success of all students.Acesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Curso onlineProfessores de AlemãoAlemão como Língua EstrangeiraDesenho Universal para a Aprendizagem (DUA)Ensino SuperiorOnline courseTeachers of GermanGerman as a Foreign LanguageUniversal Design for Learning (UDL)Higher EducationOnlinekursLehrkräfte für DeutschDeutsch als FremdspracheHochschulbildungFortbil-DUA: curso online para docentes de língua alemã em contexto de ensino superiorDissertaçãoCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO::ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM::TECNOLOGIA EDUCACIONALCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO::ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM::METODOS E TECNICAS DE ENSINOCRIATIVIDADE E INOVAÇÃO EM PROCESSOS E PRODUTOS EDUCACIONAIS (CIPPE)METODOLOGIAS DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM
