The research is motivated by the author’s professional and academic experiences and highlights the importance of interdisciplinary practices in the context of access to justice. The aim of the study is to analyze how the specific responsibilities of Architecture and Urban Planning, articulated with urban policy instruments such as Technical Assistance for Social Housing (ATHIS) and Urban Land Regularization (REURB), can contribute to the prevention, mediation, and management of conflicts in popular territories. The methodology adopted is theoretical-deductive, based on literature review and the analysis of empirical experiences. The research discusses technical practice as a tool for access to justice, considering the articulation between rights, public policies, and territorial contexts shaped by historical, socio-environmental, and cultural dimensions.
