Therefore, the aim is to develop a new product implemented within the company Manaus Industrial Hub, this new product is an automated system for storage in a controlled temperature environment, testing and monitoring of real-time tests of its products. Thus, this article can be considered exploratory, applied and qualitative in nature, under two aspects, bibliographical research and case study, data collection was through meetings with company professionals, technical visits, researching on the importance of the topic.
