Acesso em:https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/13616The need to improve the service to end customers and suppliers at a multinational in the Industrial Pole of Manaus, due to the low performance of its main KPI (key performance indicator) OTD (on time delivery) and which fluctuated by 56% delivery. Thus, the objective of this work is to raise this index to 92%. The methodology applied for this approach is centered on the philosophy of lean production and quality tools, and for that, a survey of the main problems that negatively impact the main KPI will be carried out in each area or sector of the company, therefore, this research suggests a method for the implementation of lean production based on a macro view of how a company works with a micro control of KPI's.
