In order to obtain answers to the established problem, we conducted this investigation in the methodology of field research, which occurred in a school in the public education network of the Municipality of Porto de Moz, State of Pará, which led us to conclude that teachers are each They are more concerned about participating in continuing education because they understand that it contributes to the improvement of classroom practices and to the knowledge of the use of innovative methodologies for the development of their teaching practice.
