Given the range of texts published in Pará’s newspaper, and the favorable condition for national authors to disclose their productions, this work aims to recover the works of Brazilian authors that circulated in the journal while it was circulating, emphasizing the way these authors are represented in the Brazilian Literary History, in addition to analyze the theme of these narratives, considering the historical and cultural space in which they were produced.
