Use as an argumentative basis Bourdieu's reflections, especially using the concept of symbolic capital and field developed by the author. Through a literature originating in the Amazon region, describes in a critical way the socio-environmental context of the region, detailed for the look from the experience in collecting data for research. It highlights in particular the gap between the development of the rule in the legal field and the reality experienced by traditional peoples.
