Acesso em:.https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/17819This research investigates the racial reality in the state of Amapá based on racial crimes that appear in the jurisprudence available on the local Justice Court website, from 2013 to 2023. Therefore, I will comprehend racial relations from the state of Amapá, the Judiciary from a racial critical analysis, the studies about whiteness as well as researches about structural and institutional racism. Through the theoretical framework chosen, I will discuss Bento (2022), Almeida (2019), Delgado and Stefancic (2021) and Vaz and Ramos (2022) studies. As methodological assumptions, I will apply a qualitative approach in a colorful methodology. As a research technique, I will use documentary bibliographic research through content analysis of selected verdicts and judgments using a jurisprudential search. Initially, I will identify racial relations characteristics from the state of Amapá, such as the pardarização and police lethality. Moving forward, I will comprehend and relate the Judiciary, its history and its composition with the narcissistic pact of whiteness and institutional racism. Lastly, I will analyze, categorize and interpret racial offenses found and trace an analysis about the quantity of judged people analyzed and racial silencing.
