Specifically, it seeks to analyze the internalization of this discourse in the country, denaturalize and recognize the discursive practices of the territorial development present in the Program and analyze the adoption and the impact of this approach in the Amazon area, particularly in the Territory of Northeast Pará. In this thesis, seeks to demonstrate that the Program under analysis and the discursive practices of territorial development that are listed as subtle devices of governmentality, in the sense that are used to maintain a certain bio-political control.
