It is therefore possible from a Member State of Social Welfare to the neoliberal State. In educational policies, in particular, the Minimum State, proposed by neoliberalism, and the managerial perspective in public administration have brought different implications that can be better constructed when assessing how these propositions entered the Brazilian context.
