In this context, the present work identifies the state of management of sanitation services provided in the island areas of the municipality of Belém-Pa, by collecting information provided by municipal officials and residents of the municipalities of Grande and Paquetá. islands, comprising the set of 39 islands that form together with the continental area, the territory of the municipality.
