Leaving from a glance on the ways of the agriculture, it was tried to situate like the types of relations with nature they infl uenced the forms of exploration adopted in the region and what these changes mean in terms of the relations between farmers and the natural environment. The text discusses the principal elements and motivations that are in the constitution of this process of diversification, establishing a relation of the same thing with the capacity of adaptation and with the change of projects of the farmers in the sense of the permanence.
