The objectives of the study sought to characterize the health conditions and environment, employment and income and also the community organization of the population from impacts caused by development projects in the area. From a critical perspective, it was carried out in addition to the Bibliographic and document research, a survey of secondary data obtained by consulting the research already carried out in the Low Pequiá district by public and / or non-governmental organizations entities. Also were conducted interviews with residents.
