The compositions of monk Miguel intended to construct the ideology that - since the unity of the Portuguese-Brazilian kingdom was broken - the sovereignty needed to pass to a new political unit, Brazil. Known in the Northern provinces as Rio de Janeiro's Project, this ideology was the basis of a conception of nation, foreseeing very reduced provincial powers if compared to the previous period - the legality of the "vintista" constitutionalism.Acesso AbertoEstado unitárioImprensa - História, 1822 -1823Freire, Miguel, 1793 -1852Federalismo Pernanbucano - 1817-1824The same Independence: the public performance of a unitarian partisan (Pernambuco, 1822-1823)A mesma independência: a atuação pública de um unitário pernambucano (1822–1823)La misma independencia: la actuación pública de un unitario de Pernambuco (1822-1823)La même indépendance: l'activité politique d'un unitaire de Pernambuco (1822-1823)Artigo de PeriódicoCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::HISTORIA::HISTORIA DO BRASIL::HISTORIA REGIONAL DO BRASILhttp://dx.doi.org/10.5533/TEM-1980-542X-2014203611
