The methodology of this study was the application of a new methodological proposal in the ISO 9001 certification processes, with the application of fallow-up and follow-up filling to reduce the time necessary for the correction and elimination of non-conformities, as well as the presentation of a view of the progress of the items and sectors to be audited, contributing to continuous improvement and corrections necessary to comply with the parameters for certification. The application of the ISO 9001 certification methodology is done through 5 steps, namely: I. Planning; II. Schedule elaboration; III. Calendar; 4. Follow up; V. Certification Schedule.
