It is an acoustic approach about the dialectal prosodic variations, more accurately related to modal intonation. To the acoustic analysis, F0 (Hz) values from the intonation curves were stylized by Prosogram program (Mertens, 2004), it was used duration values of relative units V2V (Barbosa, 2007), then the duration and intensity of each speaker were z-score normalized (Campbell, 1992).
