Acesso em:.2318-1346https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/12205This article deals with the promotion of indigenous art and culture in the State of Roraima highlighting the role of the Federal University of Roraima (UFRR) in order to disseminate and raise awareness about the importance of multi-ethnic aspect in the construction of local identity. We present the current situation and confront the main issues regarding the construction of space for indigenous arts as well as barriers and obstacles to the full development of practical artistic representations of the various ethnic groups in Roraima.
