Acesso em:.https://repositorio.ufpa.br/handle/2011/18481The study investigates guiding variables of judicial decisions in cases of delinquent acts committed by adolescents, focused on identifying the variables that influence these decisions. Adopting a mixed methodology and a documentary study involving 269 judicial sentences from cases distributed between January 2019 and December 2020 in the Juvenile Courts of the District of Belém City, it combines qualitative and quantitative analysis with the use of IRaMuTeQ software for textual analysis and Data Analysis for binary logistic regression. The results highlight socio-family variables and the context of the delinquent act, significantly contributing to the understanding of how such factors influence the sentences, always respecting the confidentiality of the data and its use for strictly academic and scientific purposes. It was found that the most commonly committed delinquent acts are robbery, with 173 cases (64.31% of occurrences), followed by drug trafficking (28 cases), statutory rape (24 cases), bodily injury, and theft (14 and 9 occurrences, respectively). The five neighborhoods with the highest occurrences in total were Jurunas, Guamá, Terra Firme, Sacramenta, and Tapanã. It was verified that the predominant gender is male, with 244 cases, equivalent to 91%, and the average age of occurrences is 16.04 years. The primary family composition of the adolescents is single parent (father or mother), with 144 occurrences (53.53%), followed by living with grandparents (27), biological parents (21), and one parent and a partner (21). The research develops a predictive model capable of assisting in judicial decision-making, aiding in academic research, and the formulation of more elaborated defenses, offering insights for the formulation of more effective public policies in combating juvenile delinquency and supporting adolescents in vulnerability. This work advances academic knowledge on juvenile justice, providing tools for legal professionals and the socio-educational network, emphasizing the need for innovative approaches in solving social problems in childhood and youth area.Acesso AbertoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Processos JudiciaisJudicial ProcessesPredictive AnalysisDecision MakingAnálise PreditivaTomada de DecisãoJuvenile DelinquencyDelinquência JuvenilJuvenile OffenseAto InfracionalAnálise de Processos de Adolescentes em Conflito com a Lei: Fatores Influenciadores da Aplicação de Medida Socioeducativa pelos JuízesAnalysis of Proceedings of Adolescents in Conflict with the Law: Factors influencing the application of socio-educational measures by JudgesDissertaçãoCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::PSICOLOGIACNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::PSICOLOGIA::PSICOLOGIA DO ENSINO E DA APRENDIZAGEMEcologia do Desenvolvimento HumanoECOETOLOGIA
