Therefore, this research presents a method capable of assisting in the elaboration of internal and external analysis of a company, which is the SWOT Matrix, to provide a self-diagnosis, key points of the organization such as: Weaknesses, Forces, Opportunities and Threats, that interconnected with Fuzzy Logic allows a holistic view of the points that need attention. The methodology used was the application of questionnaires, direct observation and data collection, developed in the form of a case study in a construction material company. The application of the organizational diagnosis is performed through forms, which are compiled and demonstrated through the Fuzzy graph. Then the internal and external environments are analyzed, and the graph of the critical areas is assembled. In this study, the results pointed out that the critical areas were: Marketing, Physical Environment and Procedures, which need to be adapted to the needs of the company. Thus, a new strategic plan was applied involving methods necessary for the success of the critical areas that consequently brought about improvements to the company as a whole, which has undergone relevant modifications.
