Through research, analysis and reporting procedures became possible to reach conclusions that allowed to formulate proposals aimed at reducing the impact of the work done on the health of the employee. Thus, the main objective of this research is to analyze the ergonomic situation of the production line of work focusing on biomechanics. The reason is because of the large outflow of workers due to health problems related to ergonomics, derivatives of the main problems they face with the handling and moving heavy loads, such as back pain, leading to the present chronic and acute problems. The method used consisted primarily in collecting data on real production company, in similar cases studied in literature and math that might prove the analysis, noting that, despite advances in technology and mechanization of tasks, many activities continues to be done manually.
