Initially, we made a historical contextualization of public policies that have been presented in the scenario of Rural Education in recent decades, as well as the conceptualization of rural education and / in the field. Then we discuss the logic of educational planning in Brazil and the implications of the Program for Development of Education PDE / MEC, the translation of policies implemented by programs developed on the floor of the Brazilian public school, in the case of our object of study, the program Active School.
