The investigation has its starting point in the facts recordered in the memory of lived bodily experiences in artistic practices, specifically the carnival in the period in which they resided at the Leprosy Colony. The methodological procedures used here are the etnopesquisa, because the everyday interactions through direct observation and participation, as well as the use of laboratory reserach in movement, as estimulation to recollect and express the artistic experiences lived during the compulsory segregation period.
