This study aims to understand the teaching knowledge mobilized by undergraduate students during the Supervised Internship in the Licenciatura Integrada em Ciências, Matemática e Linguagens (LIECML) program at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), focusing on the "Estágio de Docência III" (Teaching Internship III) course in 2022. The research is justified by the importance of understanding how the internship contributes to bridging theoretical and practical training, strengthening the development of teachers capable of addressing educational challenges. This qualitative study followed the stages of content analysis using thematic analysis techniques. Six internship reports produced by LIECML students were analyzed. The results indicate that the trainees mobilized various types of teaching knowledge, such as disciplinary, pedagogical, curricular, professional, and experiential knowledge, as proposed by Pimenta and Tardif. These forms of knowledge were essential for developing aptive and inclusive pedagogical practices. The mobilization of teaching knowledge highlights the fundamental role of the supervised internship in the education of LIECML undergraduates, as it provides practical experiences that reinforce the theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the course. Additionally, it allows future teachers to develop skills essential to teaching, such as reflecting on their practices and adapting pedagogical strategies to meet students' needs. The findings contribute to understanding future teachers' perceptions of teaching practice and the importance of the supervised internship in initial teacher education.
